Book of Common Prayer (1928)
Anglican means the tradition that comes through the Church of England. In America this came through the Episcopal Church and the Apostolic Succession of the Historic Episcopate.
Catholic (as used in the tradition of the Church of England and in Anglicanism) means whole or complete or Universal, as used in the Apostle's and Nicene Creeds and as Anglicans have always used that ancient word.
Church means the people of God who have faith in Christ and are baptized into Him and His Body on earth.
